Vintages may change without notice.

We reserve the right to change the price subject to GST variations.

All offers of sale are made by Tin Shed Wines Pty Ltd Licence No. 57617874

Under Australian law you must be over the age of 18 years to purchase wine from Tin Shed Wines. It is an offence under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of persons less than 18 years of age. Tin Shed Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

 

CONTENT ACCURACY

Whilst we strive to ensue the information on this Site is as timely and accurate as possible, we make no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of this Site, and expressly disclaim liability for content errors and omissions.

 

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

 

CHANGES

Tin Shed Wines reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

 

ONLINE ORDERING

Ordering Tin Shed wines via our secure shopping cart is a quick and easy option to purchase Tin Shed wines direct. Credit card details collected through the online payment system are encrypted and protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Tin Shed Wines prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST and WET [Wine Equalisation Tax]. We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard. A tax invoice will be issued via email upon your order being successfully completed.

All wines are available on a while-stocks-last basis. Should a specific vintage of wine or wines ordered be sold out, we will call you to discuss suggested alternative wines.

Sales are available to persons over the age of 18 as is required by law.

Payment must be received before the wine will be dispatched.

 

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
  2. Promotion commencement [DD/MM/YYYY] and final entry dates specified per competition.
  3. To enter, participants must subscribe to the Tin Shed Wines mailing list by signing up to become a Shed Head.
  4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  5. Winner will be randomly selected and contacted directly, prior to posting on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
  6. Winners have 36 hours to claim their prize, from first notification communication attempt. After this time, Tin Shed Wines reserves the right to reallocate prize(s) to another entrant.

No competition is in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
